First Big News of the Year - another new starter

We are pleased to announce that we have a new starter in our office - Elaine Woodward.

Elaine joins us directly from a competitor to open our brand new Wolverhampton & Staffordshire office. Elaine was formerly a manager for a Childcare & Education recruiter in the Birmingham area so she already knows a great deal about the industry as a whole. On top of this she's been in recruitment for around 8 years to add even more experience to our office (a quick calculation gives us over 80 years of experience in the Company in recruitment alone).

Elaine has a real passion for Childcare & Education Recruitment and impressed from the off. Martin Bove the Director said "At first interview it was clear that Elaine knew what she was talking about. But more importantly she showed a real desire to grow as an idividual that sits well with our ethos at Eyears". Her remit is to help Eyears set up and establish in Wolverhampton north to Stoke.

For Elaine it was also an easy decision to make "I'd been at my former employer for a while and was hungry for success and an opportunity to make something my own. At Eyears you're encouraged to take ownership from the enquiry about how to join through to placement, marketing & advertising. It's your business and you're left alone to do what we do best. We had competed against Eyears in the market for some time so I was already aware of what they were capable of so it was a really easy decision for me to accept the position once i was offered. I'm just really excited now to help all those candidate & clients the Eyears way."
