Important Changes for payroll

Important Changes

Dear Colleague

At Eyears we’re always doing our best to become the best. And this means from time to time we have to implement changes for the best. This letter is to inform you of 2 changes that will improve the service we deliver to you.

The first change is something we have been planning for quite a while and with a new tax year looming now is the best time to implement it. From week commencing the 29th March 2010 all wage slips will be sent electronically to your registered email address. By receiving them electronically you’ll know in advance what the wages are before it hits your account. You can of course then store them electronically. We believe this will save around 10000 sheets of paper and reduce our carbon footprint by around 100 tonnes!

The second change is how you can interact with us at Eyears to help us find you the right work. On our website there is now a secure log in page that is set up just for you.  From here you can enter your availability directly onto our system. Our team of consultants search for those staff who are available at the push of a button. It means if you’re available you’ll get a higher priority on the call for any work that matches your requirements. We can also confirm all shifts with you electronically too, so every time you accept a shift we can email you confirmation of the Clients details so you’ll never need to write it down again. There’s more information about these aspects in our newsletter which is on our News page on www.eyears.co.uk or on our Facebook group.

What do you need to do now? We need you to email info@eyears.co.uk with the following information ASAP -:

Your name

Your email address

Your date of birth

Your national insurance number

This will enable us to set you up on both systems quickly and activate you easily. Once these are received you’ll be automatically set up for all access on our systems and with more to come you’ll be the first ones to experience our developments. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact a member of the team & thank you for help in this matter.
