Payroll week commencing 4 June 2012
As you will be aware with the Queens Jubilee this year, we have 2 Bank Holidays on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th June 2012. Whilst this is great for days off, it means our already tight payroll constraints become even tighter.
For that week only our payroll deadline for receipt of timesheets is Wednesday 6th June at 7am. Our post does not arrive in time for this deadline which means only faxed, scanned or physically handed in timesheets will be processed. Any received after this deadline will not be processed until the following week’s payroll. Timesheets received on time will be paid as normal on Friday 8th June.
Timesheets should be faxed to 0121 455 0008 or emailed to timesheets@eyears.co.uk . Emailing your timesheet to any other address will mean a delay in processing.
