Payroll Deadlines & Wages Transmissions

Due to the timescales involved over the festive period, we will be unable to chase any timesheets. You should contact the office directly to establish if it has been received. Postal service will, as ever, be poor so please fax or email your timesheets in good time.

Timesheets received on Monday 21^st by 12.00 midday will have their wages transmitted and into their account on Thursday 24^th December. Timesheets received on Tuesday 29^th by 10.00am will have their wages transmitted and into their account on Thursday 31^st December. Any timesheets received after these deadlines will not be processed until the following week. We cannot guarantee the payment receipt dates due to different bank’s processing times and there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control.

As in previous years, we don’t send Christmas cards instead choosing to make a donation to a charity – this year we’ve chosen Tommys.org which is a charity that looks at helping Women through pregnancy. 2009 has been good to us all at Eyears and we hope to you too. We’ve got some exciting plans for 2010 which we’ll tell you more about in January.
