Cover Supervisor job in Liverpool

Position: Cover Supervisor – Secondary schools

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £75-£85 + Per day

Hours: Flex days 8.30am – 3.30pm

We are looking for a cover supervisor to support secondary school in community focused school based in Liverpool.

We are looking for a friendly, personable, and energetic person who can provide proactive supervision and delivery of lessons for absent teachers to support the continued progress of students. You must be able to supervise whole classes, individuals, or groups of students in the absence of a teacher, keeping students on track. You must enjoy working with young people, have huge amounts of resilience and determination and welcome the challenge of helping our students learn and succeed. You will be experienced in providing exceptional support within secondary education or similar setting. Must be within traveling distance of the Speke area of Liverpool.

Requirements:

• Must have relevant experience in last 12/24 months
• DBS on the update or willing to have one processed
• 2 references with one being most recent employer
• Confident communicating to large groups of students
• Good understanding of ICT
• Ability to build good relationships with children and adults
• Calm and adaptable with an ability to work within a flexible and busy environment.
