Level 3 Nursery Nurse job in Horfield

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Level 3 Nursery Nurse which is now available at a welcoming nursery in Horfield.

This role is a permanent position, in which you will be required to work 40 hours a week. You must be able to do the shifts of 8:00am to 6pm for 4 days a week.

What you are doing:

−       Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care.

−       Learning and development of a designated group of children within the nursery.

−       Support with feeding routines and nappy changing/potty training.

−       Working with initiative and creativity to foster an environment which encourages children’s individual development.

−       Following and inputting on weekly planning.

−       Carrying out observations on children within the nursery.

−       Working within the requirements set out in the statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.

What you must have:

−       Minimum of a Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare

−       Experience working as a nursery nurse in a childcare setting - paid or voluntary

−       To meet with the EYFS safeguarding and welfare requirements

−       Enthusiasm about providing excellent levels of care

−       Initiative coupled with a practical, problem-solving, can-do attitude
